A List of truCrowd Thanks for the Past Year
2014 has been a prosperous year at truCrowd and we have a lot to be thankful for. In addition to adding talented members to our team, we built a fully functional website and funding portal from scratch. We are proud of what we have accomplished thus far and look forward to future goals as well. Our next venture, opening our portal to Texas intrastate crowdfunding, will be a satisfying challenge we are eager to begin.
Although Title III has yet to be enacted, the equity crowdfunding industry made several strides in the right direction. Texas became the 13th state to legalize intrastate crowdfunding and many other states are close behind. Industry leaders have made Title III enactment a main priority and are pooling their resources in a supportive and collective effort. It is only a matter of time until Title III is legalized and the industry appears to be ready and waiting to make it a success.
To share what we are most thankful for, we made a list of some of our blogs from the past year. These particular blogs highlight certain events that have made 2014 a great year for truCrowd and the American equity crowdfunding industry as a whole.
Please enjoy a healthy serving of happy news!
